Patrick Dockry got his start in the professional beauty industry with an up start manufacturing company called Creative Nail Design. Soon thereafter, his interest in the industry led him to cosmetology school and he became a hair dresser. Through tenure as a hair dresser / salon owner, educator, and distributor for a multitude of companies, he came to understand how important hairdressers are to the industry, as well as society. Over time, Patrick has observed the need for serious change within the industry; especially the way major corporations were (and still are) luring clients away from salons and into the grocery/drug stores.
